The design process starts as a meeting with the client to discuss their design ideas. This meeting will take place at the site so we are able to collect all the data that we need to produce the initial designs.
We take photos and take measurements so that we can start with the designs immediately.
First of all, we design a floor plan so that the client has a clear idea of what their shop will look like. If the client is satisfied with our initial concept we then go to the design contract stage, which on the signing of the contract we can complete a full set of Tender Issue drawings, specification including colour selection.
After the design process is finalised and the client is happy with the concept we have provided, the tender documents are sent to shopfitters of the client’s choice; all quotations are to be sent directly to the client, at close of tender, for the client to make the final decision. The successful shopfitter will be briefed and have a full set of the construction plans issued to them.
Rest assured that we take care of all local government authority approvals and any other relating issues such as shopping centre design approvals etc.
